Timeline

* Jan. 3 We arrive in Angola, after 13 1/2 hours on the airplane!
* Jan. 2 We all wake up at 6:00 to catch our flight to Angola!
* Dec. 29 The movers come and pack up our 4 large shipping crates with all of the things we will need for the next 3 years!
* Dec. 15 Sandy vacuum seals 70 pounds of meat (chicken breasts, ground beef, turkey sausage, steak, hotdogs, chicken nuggets and fish sticks) to take with us when we move.
* Dec. 11 We load up three Rubber Maid tubs full of toiletries for will take with him on his second trip to Angola.
* Nov. 23 Will returns from Africa with pictures of our new house!
* Nov. 13 Will takes a 10 day business trip to Africa and gets a sneak peek at what it's going to be like
* Nov. 11 Colby and Nolan go to the doctor to get all of their shots (ouch again!)
* Oct. 28 Sandy and Zach go to the doctor to get medical clearance and all the required shots (ouch!)
* Oct. 27 We go to the post office as a family to send off all of our passport applications
* Oct. 25 "Say cheese!" We all go to CVS to get passport pictures taken
* Aug. 2 Will gets the "official" letter stating we have been assigned to Africa, with a starting date probably at the beginning of 2009
* Aug. 1 Will finds out we've "unofficially" been assigned to an overseas assignment in Africa
